This could be very powerful, especially if we see support champions that want to attack multiple times. Even without the support synergy, this card seems pretty good for the mana cost (Total stats of 4/7) and could be combined with Challenger, Elusive, and Overwhelm units to be pretty powerful.
A support-themed deck seems like a rather delicate house of cards (pardon the pun).
Shen is the most obvious Champion to use, and he's actually an extremely good body for this effect, not to mention great curve synergy. Maybe that's all you need for this to be amazing?
I thought it was weak - then i realised it gives a permanent buff.
I don't want to overhype but these new support cards seem to be very solid.

This is going to be a total feast-or-famine card. 5 mana for 2/5 worth of stats is bad--massive tempo loss compared to other popular 5-drop like Avarosan Hearthguard, Thresh, Garen, Radiant Guardian, etc. But 5 mana for 6/9 worth of stats over 3 bodies is insane. So I think she's going to thrive on decks that can keep units on board (think today's bannerman decks), but in general the payoff isn't going to be enough for most decks.
