Welcome back gifts

Long story short: Wasn't playing for the last two months. Will be able to come back probably sometimes on December.

Question: Do I get any welcome back gifts?

Once got some after not playing for half a year or so. 

I think you get a free deck when you join back.

I think 4 months have to pass to get a free deck, so you won't get anything new right away

Don't you only get that if you climb to the top of ladder too

No, you get it after you played or skipped the apprentice ranks if you are a new player. I belive returning players only need to log into the game after the 4 months passed.
