Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
I don't see this getting played unfortunately. However that, it has potential in a midrange priest.
Really cool effect, but that card don't fit in any archetype nowadays.
I'll try a midrange priest anyways. :D

While this is alive on the board you basically upgrade your Hero Power to give bonus health to your minions (like the quest). There's some really decent potential here but it seems to fit mostly in Midrange or Tempo Priest lists and we all know that those don't really work right now.

If I'm reading this correctly, wouldn't Circle of Healing become a 0 mana +2 Health to the board? Wouldn't be the horrible but this could be a card that may not see play but there could be cool synergies down the line.
You're probably correct. Would be weird if the minion actually has to be healed to get the health buff, but who knows. Hearthstone mechanics can be weird some times

I’m not clear on what “affected minion” means. Does the minion have to actually get some damage healed, or can it just be targted? eg If I have this on the board and use my hero power on an undamaged 1/1, does it become a 1/3?
Seems good in Midrange priest, and actually in some kind of N'Zoth, God of the Deep priest. The only other good Elementals that priest can use are Blood of G'huun and Siamat. Not all N'zoth Priests are Big/Ress priests, so it's not that bad for Lightsteed.
I just wonder if it counts "healing effects" even if your not healing minions. IF it gives +2 health to minions with full health, then Lightsteed will be a LOT more usefull. Lightsteed alongside something like Circle of Healing, Potion Vendor and/or Renew sounds pretty good. [Hearthstone Card (Lightsteed might be pretty hard to remove. WAIT A SECOND, Lightsteed along with Wild Pyromancer can allow you to get a lot more damage out of the Wild Pyromancer later into the game, that sounds pretty usefull. I think Lightsteed has a LOT of pontential and will see a bunch of experimentation, but i'm not 100% sure it will actually see play despite how usefull it can be.
) Not Found]RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Wait what, this looks like a legendary effect, seems really good. Too bad we won't see much of this with the Priest quest, could have been interesting.
Okay, so this card is not exactly trash, but its not going to be a world beater neither. The effect is strong, even close to completely broken. but there's simply no card currently that heals your entirely board for nothing, so its best application is unfortunately relying on the fact that it has 6 health, and played on 4 that's not easily removed.
I have a few ideas for this card, but make no mistake that its best strength here is that its a 3/6 for 4, that must be removed or it snowballs. And that's good enough honestly.

This is my question too! I think the answer will determine just how good this is. If it works on undamaged minions, VERY good. If not, still ok.

This will fit a very specific niche within the Priest community of cards. I can see people trying to build decks around the Circle of Healing stuff and the self injure cards like Injured Blademaster, but that is going to be mostly memes
