Cosmetic Coin?

Has anyone been able to unlock the second cosmetic coin after adding the Darkmoon Races cards? It doesn't need the tavern pass, and the devs confirmed that Darkmoon Races counts towards the total, so after getting the mini set, my collection for this set went from 125 to 160. But, the cosmetic coin is still locked.

I was able to claim the coin along with other achievements after I restarted the game.

Yeah it seems as though a few collection achievements are slightly bugged until restart, same thing happened to me where I was able to collect the coin but only after a restart
I still didnt get it, even after multiple restarts.
Try switching to other region, log in, log out, then switch back to original. Or log in from a different device.

I have mine. You have to remember to enable it in the collection. I keep forgetting.

If you are looking for it while making a deck, you can't. You have to pick it in the collection manager and set it to your favorite, and then it is used for all instances of The Coin you have.
I was a little disappointed that it can't be set for each deck, but maybe that'll change when more options are available.
