Stuck at startup screen ("logging in") on PC

Since about two days ago I've been having an issue on PC which prevents the game from getting past the startup screen where it says "logging in" in the bottom left. For some reason I don't have this issue on mobile. I already tried reinstalling the game and while it seemed to work at first I already experienced the same issue the second time I I tried to start the game.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
Edit: I tried restarting the game half an hour later and now it started without any issues, I guess it may be an occasional thing?

I personally haven't ever encountered that issue, and I'm glad it ultimately resolved for you.
Had the same problem. Just stoped playing on PC. After uninstalling and installing the game worked again, but I encountered other problems.
I have an open ticket at Blizzard, see what they’ll say.

My problem was with Legends of Runeterra though, not Hearthstone. :p
I found out that restarting the game solves the problem whenever it occurs, I hope you'll be able to solve your issues with Hearthstone as well. :)
