The question is how this interacts with spelldamage boosts... i mean imagine throwing this off with 2 Powder Kegs in play...
Outside of maybe keg shenanigans I think this is going to be too slow and awkward. I'm not thrilled with most of the removal that Shurima has and if it needs good removal I suspect from what we've seen so far that it will need to rely on other regions to get it.
