I think that the boost to health was weird simply because of it's ability. Like does 1 more health really make that big of a difference?
So weird that they buffed a few card to Spider Tank level and spidertank was also added.
Spider Tank's mech tag may synergize with certain archetypes in a way that makes it relevant despite being (mostly) outclassed by updated class cards like Warhorse Trainer and Void Terror.
Wow, it's still useless. The only thing this is good for is destroying eggs, because why would you want your minions be easier to remove. Also it's bad because of it's Demon tag, making it a bad target for ress effects like the Warlock Prime.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This is a class card, so it's OK that it has an upside beyond the tribal tag.
Spidertank's are good, but you need some good deathrattles I think to make this guy shine
Fortunately, Nerubian Egg is coming back into rotation, so Egg-lock may be back on the menu...
I have fond memories of this card from my early days on this game, back when it was a bit harder to remove big minions outside of a few cards. One of the cards that made me love warlocks, actually. I'd love to believe that there will be a meta someday that will have room for this guy, but it's hard to see it. I guess the extra 1 health makes it less of a low roll if it pops up from a random generation, but only slightly.
