I dont even know what you would seek to draw with this.
Perhaps good in arena?
Stats are bellow average and the effect is too slow for the mana cost

Handrush Warrior is a thing.
Many good hunter spells in the 1, 2, 3 category. Artwork is trash!!!
Aggressive Hunter decks needs draw, but this lacks support as there are no desirable 3-cost spells at the moment
3 for a 2/3 with that effect would help Hunter. This feels like stretching for the class
Reminded me of Ringmaster Whatley - who never really saw much play, and this one is kind of slow and sadly does not seem like it will see any play.
