Please remove the grid like background from card Reveal countdown

As the title implies, Am I the only one bothered by this? It doesn't feel like it fits with the design of the site at all.

I like the contrast. It highlights the csrd reveal part. Keep it I would say.

Heh, to be honest, i didnt even notice it until now lol ... apparently, this is the picture in the background :) Lets see if Flux can give you some kind of answer why its there and if he would consider removing it or swapping it for something else.

Well I didn't say I hate it, I just stated my opinion in the forum meant for that...whether the dev team listens to the input and do something about it or not is up to them.
Hating won't give you extra up votes btw, it's a forum in the end.
No plans on removing it. Making it different was the goal, it attracts attention to it.

I outright didn’t even notice it until you had mentioned it because my brightness was too low on my phone. Had to turn it up a lot to even be able to see the background image
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?
