New Warrior Minion - Warsong Envoy

They keep pushing damage warrior, i keep trying to make it work, it never takes off. 

That card with low dmg aoe spells like Whirlwind can be nuts. And 1 mana 1/3 its really ok card by itself.

Strong turn 1 with enough health to ensure the Frenzy trigger. Nice.

good card - first turn is just ok, but can become powerful.

Is there a 1 mana 1/3 which has not been played? Just put it in your deck, play it on t1 and be happy. Trades good into early Minions.

Tempo warrior could make good use of this

Not too strong, but it has potential.

It'll gain at least 1 damage after being damaged so it's a basline Warbot and occasionally it'll be better.

It's not great, but Warrior doesn't really have any good 1-drops outside of the core set pirate, so they'll take it

Nice 1 drop, technically could be 17/2 for one mana (14 damaged minions, 2 damaged players after Whirlwind) 

Amazing even without frenzy

Good 1 drop and presents a must kill target. Probably won't be some massive 6 attack monster very often. 

Seem like a solid minion, although the frenzy won't often result in more than 2 or 3 attack (at least in the early game) 

This is pretty good - Statwise 1 Mana 1/3 are usualy good and with the ability this is even better.

There's definitely a lot to say how high the attack can get to. But at 3 health its likely it'll only ever gain 2 more attack, and then die to even the simplest removal option.

Its best trait is still as a 1/3 at 1. Maybe that alone is good enough for most warriors.

Great one drop with the rotation and new core set .The effect is king of meh cause when you get the effect you opponet can just kill it off very easy but they need to trade so thats good .

They said every class will get its 1/3 drop 1 with class identity, here is the warrior one. I'm not sure if this is useful, the only moment where it can be ok is if you play it turn 1 but even that, if not hero are damaged it wont be a big threat. Warrior can find better than that, for exemple the pirat is better.

1 mana 1/3 plus an ability that can be very powerful occasinally. power creep much?

Upgrade to Warbot  and that saw some play back in the day, I don't see why this wouldn't.

Pretty decent 1-drop, like a better Warbot. Warrior is gonna lose a lot of tools the coming rotation, but if some kind of Tempo warrior survives this can be a neat 1-drop for it.

Those class identity 1-drops were in the Core set, and mostly weren't 1/3s.

Anyway, I agree that warrior probably won't make as much use out of this as many people are expecting. While it's undoubtedly a good card in the grand scheme of things, I'm just not sure if it aligns very well with how warrior tends to play.

It's a one use early Frothing Berserker lite. The biggest advantages Warsong Envoy has are the fact he's a great card to play turn 1, because he'll trade favorably against virtually all 1/3s in the game and the fact that you can use him to fix up your curve as a more aggressive warrior.

Pretty good, even if you can't abuse it's effect it's still a 1/3 1-drop. Will see play.

It's a shame that Risky Skipper is rotating out of standard, but a solid addition to enrage warrior.

Each damaged character, heroes also count. 1 mana 1/3 with a nice upside. Auto include in Enrage Warrior.

Decently stated one drop. Warriors might not always need it, but pretty good if enrage archetype somehow still exists

Broom combo attacks again if you manage to attack with at least other minion it gets premium stats for 1 mana

Since frenzy is only attacking other minions, I think this needs additional support for being good like applying a Shield of Honor after it attacks, but still I don't think it's worth it.

It’s a 1 1/3 that you won’t want to play on turn 1!

Enrage Warrior is a really cool archetype that got totally out of control recently. With a lot of the problem cards rotating out, it’s too early to tell what to expect. But I like this card for it. If nothing else, the fact that it gets a one-time buff and can’t snowball makes it more balanced than a lot of the recent cards. 

Reasonable body for a 1-drop, and it can pretty easily bet set up to be a real threat on board later in the game. All in all, probably a great warrior card.

Combine this with any rush or charge and a monster may be born!

Stat line is obviously good but the upside is rather minor imo

Pretty good 1 drop for Warriors.

1 mana 1/3 is already a good card. If it only turns into a 2/3 that is still pretty good. If it turns into a 3/3 or bigger then that is a lot of damage for a 1-drop. This will probably see a fair amount of play, but it isn't anything crazy.

Good for early game

1-mana 1/3 is a playable card. That stat line becomes less impressive every time they add another one to the game.

So yes, this will see play, but it's not going to knock anyone's socks off.

Amani Berserker's little brother. Warrior is losing a lot of self-damage options, but if they get some back, Warsong Envoy will be played.

Don't think it will its play. Maybe with some 'frenzy' cards...

Good 1 drop card I like the flavor

My goal will be to turn it into a Rager every game. 

Might not be great at the moment, depends on what other enrage mechanics arrive/return, but this could be great in the future.

I mean it might be fine. At worst it is a minion with solid stats and in a 1 drop that might be enough. It has some small chance of being more than that but usually you will have to trigger this frenzy because the enemy has no reason to do it for you.

Okay card might be sleeper.

Crucially, it ain't a skipper (thank you rngsus) but will still see play as a solid 1 drop. Though the value drops off almost immediately after turn 3 when most other classes can deal with this without leaving it on the board

Toss in something to give it Rush and you have a really solid card.  Without Rush though, this may be slightly mediocre. 

Simply good. Play this on turn one, and your opponent may be discouraged from playing their own 1 drops.

I don't think you even need to build around this, Dire Mole with an upside just seems good.

Solid body for a 1 drop, low enough health that it probably won't be able to be abused in mid or late game.  Most likely we see a lot if this on turn one for warrior

Not too impressed by this frenzy effect :/ Kinda reminds me of Battlebot, which was also pretty meh.

It's a pretty good 1-drop. Basically a better Warbot, which wasn't great but was almost good enough.

It will see play for its stat lines alone, the frenzy part is just a bonus.

solid 1 drop I think, not a big fan of warrior so I dont play much and dont know how good this card will be

Kinda useless with such a small body, maybe with Divine Shield or some immunity.

If it gains buffs for all minions straight after a whirlwind, this could be very good.

Seems like this could be some really nice early drops for the enrage/damage minion style. Some potential to be quite silly in the right circumstances.

So I see Whirlwind is in the new Core set. Maybe if you can protect it with a taunt it can survive a turn and hit face very hard.

Playability depends on what deck is Warrior going to play in meta. It's alright alone

This doesn't seem terrible, but in Wild, I don't think it will replace anything in the decks that currently run the likes of Risky Skipper and Bloodboil Brute due to the lack of Rush or draw.

Decent one drop. Has some burst potential later but mostly just a solid early game minion. This will see some use.

Sure, it's a 1 mana 1/3, so it can't be bad. But unless a tempo/aggro Warrior pops up you'll mostly encounter this card in Arena.

Since Risky Skipper is rotating out, I look this card and I think only 1 thing! I want this in a wild Grim Patron deck LOL

This is basically a Warbot with additional upside, which can be useful for Tempo Warriors that utilize self damage/frenzy. Warsong Envoy also curves really well into Cruel Taskmaster. My only question is if this archetype can work and keep up with other aggressive archetype since Warrior lost Battle Rage, and will have to compete against Secret Passage, Skull of Gul'dan, and Hand of Gul'dan.

I dont see potential for this.

It's a good enough 1 mana card, but nothing crazy. Easy to remove, hard to get a large attack, so not very great for aggro. 

Not overly convinced tbh about the power of this - seems a lot of work to trigger an effect which results in a high attack low health minion

This is a strong, aggressive 1-Drop. If aggro Warrior is a thing this definitely makes it into that deck. It could fit into mid-Warrior, as well. This is definitely not a Control Warrior card.

Good card for early game.

I don't see many scenarios where this becomes an issue of any sort. On curve gets you a 2/2 or 3/2 minion most of the time and I feel like it can be removed fairly easily after that. Maybe it gets some smorc damage in?

This card is quite good considering it has 3 health, making it harder to remove and easier to trigger the Frenzy effect early on

Too small to actually have an effect I think. Even as a turn 1 drop this isn't that good.

Decent enough Turn 1, but beyond that you need to make sure to trigger it yourself, otherwise the opponent will just clear it away in one hit.
