In Hearthstone's 20.0.2 patch notes, an interesting bug fix was posted which made a reference to an old hero skin for Paladin, Sir Annoy-O.
The patch notes indicate that a bug was fixed with how this skin displays in the Hearthstone shop. Since we've never seen Sir Annoy-O since his original debut back in Hallow's End of 2018, this is an odd thing to bring up again... unless..
Sir Annoy-O is making a return! When he was first available as a hero skin you had to buy him alongside 20 Witchwood packs. That won't likely be the case this time, and we can probably expect pricing similar to other returning heroes like Sylvanas, which cost 1500 Gold or $10.

Definitely the best Paladin hero skin of all! I'm a huge fan of it and use it for every "cancer deck" (Hello, Odd Paladin!)

While I dont think spending gold on skins is a good idea, this skin I would buy.
But what if...you DID have to buy 20 Witchwood packs to get this skin? Wouldn’t that be wonderfully annoying?

I Think that is most likely for them to put him as the same cost as Maiev(1000G), Since he also dont have a Card Back, i think that the 1500G cost are for the skins that have Card backs with the bundle, as we have seened with Sylvanas, Medivh and the Thunder King. But i could be wrong tho.
As someone who owns the Sir Annoy-O skin, it's a really fun to use skin! 10/10 Meme skin, and the animations are very pretty! (So pretty that on mobile it can lag your game when the game starts. With lag i mean the game will struggle loading the intro animation and it will stutter a LOT lol.) The emotes are very fun to use as well. hello hello hello heeelllooooo! Kind of a memey hero skin, but that just gives Sir Annoy-O this charm that no other hero skin has. (Which is why i have almost only used Sir Annoy-O for all my Paladin decks since Sir Annoy-O came out.)
I hope it comes back in the store so other people can finally get it as well, because it's SUPER rare to actually face off against someone else with an Sir Annoy-O skin. And if there are 2 Sir Annoy-O players against each other, trust me its OFTEN a really fun *HELLO SPAM INTENSIES* match you won't forget for a good while! But it is kinda weird if Sir Annoy-O comes back soon, considering it is a halloween/hallows end skin.
And undoubtably some people will be mad about their Sir Annoy-O skin "losing value". Honestly we have been able to use this skin for like 2.5-3 years already, let other people have their chance to also experience the fun Sir Annoy-O brings.
I really wouldn't call Sir Annoy-O a Halloween skin. It doesn't have any connection to it, besides being sold in a bundle at the time.
Well...I guess it would be the most fitting time now.
