New Demacia Card - Swiftwing Flight

He is not bad but not really good eighter I could see him hitting some demacia lists but not being top tier 

I personally love this card. I don't know how good it is but value generation needs to be a thing more so in classes that aren't Targon. This isn't as good as invoke obviously but I am fine with it being worse so long as value exists outside of one faction.

I would have liked better him if he was a 3/3, still a decent card

Fair, I'd say it lines up decently well with The Fangs. I do tend to think that this is a bit weaker if it doesn't make use of its attack effect but it is still reasonable.

I think this card is a really good  because it's so flexible, do you want scout? do you want just a cheap unit? do you need value?

It's discover done right, no rng you know hat you get from this card, all options are viable, in the right situation, and the buff is really important cause it's kind of expensive otherwise.

Also elite.. will elites hit a critical mass where they are finally viable?

I am very certain the issue with elites is not the amount of support they get but their bland identity and lack of mechanics.

This makes them easy to understand and playable at a basic level but in the end we deal with a bunch of semi vanilla units that do not do more than buff each other in cost and stats...

And let's be real here: having elites viable would not be much different from dragon midrange now would it?

Not really Elites play differently to Dragons, they affect each other, rather than being invidualy strong, also some of them have scout, dragons don't have scout units.
