I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Love the flavor. Hard to say if it's playable. Drops more minions than any other "egg" card, but it can actually attack!

I don't see this one being good right now. There are a few neutrals in this set that buff minions on board, so maybe it works with those. I just think there might be better decks for hunter right now that will keep this card unused.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Good idea for Deathrattle... we just need to see a reliable way to trigger it. Too bad that it isn't a beast in and of itself, otherwise it would see more play
4 mana 7/7 in stats, though this takes up a lot of board space if you want to get the full potential from it.
Slow but good stats, bad spread. Could be interesting if you can trigger it early with cards like Play Dead.

I really want to like this card. But realistically this is trash. Had it summon a 5/5 it'll be respectable but the fact is that you're only allowed to have 2 minions or less on board when this die, or this simply loses value.
Messing with your Jewel of N'Zoth value is bad enough, what are the 1/1s going to realistically do anyway? other than die to any board clears, get value traded, or even worse, get frozen and forcing you to skip board development for a turn.
Its only true saving grace is Leatherworking Kit. But you're as mad as a mongoose if you think two bad cards makes a good one.
It's a pretty alright deathrattle card, but I think I'd prefer cards that give you one big fella over five small ones.
As much as I would enjoy climbing the ladder with my Pied Piper Hunter, realistically this is just trash. 4 mana 2/2 with no immediate impact already makes this terrible, and the deathrattle isn't great either. Those rats are only useful when used in conjunction with other cards that can take advantage of a wide board. But since this comes in the form of a deathrattle, you have much less control over when those rats are summoned, making them much harder to utilize.

I feel that this should cost less and have 0 attack. It's weird for an egg (I know it's a nest but still) to have attack.
I said in the thread for Leatherworking Kit that Hunter was good at playing cheap minions. This will get you almost 2 procs of that. That may be about the only way this sees play, though.

Hmm so its quite an expansive egg style card, but it can attack. Also it misses Overload: 2 obviously.
Yeh i dont think it will be that good. It messes with Jewel of N'Zoth, and just doesnt seem good enough without a big pay-off.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Support for Rat King?
One of the best eggs ever (even if it is a nest) Will probably see some experimentation... Hope it comes to battlegrounds too!

Bad card in constructed, better in Duels with the Captured Flag treasure.
What's with all these rats? Play a 2/2. Wait. Pop it? Did my opponent pop it? Do they go face when it pops? For any of these rat cards they have to do something when played to be good.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
Those 1/1 rats can be annoying in Arena, but that's about it. I'm not convinced at all that a rat deck will be playable in constructed.

Team 5: "What theme do you want to give hunter this expansion?"
Answer: "Rats!"
This isn't a great card but it'll get your minions dying quite easily to trigger that dormant effect for The Rat King

More Rat King Hunter support, nice that it has 2 attack on the front end so you could just have it trade on your turn if your opponent chooses to ignore it.

It looks decent, but nothing spectacular. Not sure where this card would fit in, exactly
I don't know if you even want this in a Rat King deck. Maybe I'm underestimating it, because sure, Hunter likes to fill the board, but that also means you might not end up getting all five 1/1s every time, which would severely weaken the card.
You can't even really do Deathrattle synergy stuff with it, because you'd fill the board and then lose value on the actual Egg death.
