NOw that just seems pointless. The Spell Damage statue from Dalaran was better than this and it saw basically no play.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Handlock support ! If Handlock is gonna be a thing this could see play - otherwise not so much.

Supposed to be support for Handlock, but that's a pretty big restriction and almost HAS to be played in the early game.
Strong for handlock or Prestor senanigans.

Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 just cause I can see this in a silence priest, but still, it's not good.
The only way this sees any play at all is in handlock. And I suspect handlock wouldn't need it because they'd much rather have a stronger turn 4 than turn 3.
That's pretty much it honestly. No deck can realistically collect 8 cards, not even dhunters, just so this card can work.
Probably the worst "big hand" card they released this expansion. Great with Lady Prestor.
I don't think this will be much of card. That hand size restriction is just tough to work around. I suppose you could silence it yourself, but that feels like it would come back to bite you at some point.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
I'm not sold on this. If you silence it, it's phenomenal, but that requires some teching just for a 5/6?... naw
Only good in handlock, and even then, maybe not good enough. Erodos made a good point about Lady Prestor though.

Made for Handlock which does not even need this, will see no play at all is my prediction.
I don't think this one will be that good. How likely are you to have 8 cards in hand by turn 4? Especially since you generally need to use your cards in order to win.

This seems bad, keeping 8 cards in hand is hard, even in handlock. Just free dust.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
So maybe handlock and the new quest DH decks will run this guy? Same stats and cost as Arcane Watcher and that requirement is somewhat more difficult imo. Might see play and surprise some ppl

I think this one is better than the comments seem to think, but we'll see. Especially if we can taunt it with the new 1 mana minion, it has taunt and can every now and then attack if draw/pack mules are good.
Is this good enough to be run in Handlock? Not in Wild, that's for sure, but I've got a feeling this comes a tad too short to be played in Standard as well. Maybe a memey Silence Priest wants to run this.
Arena > Wild > Standard

Was never a fan of these types of cards. Seems too situational, and even when it gets to attack it's just not that great
Handlock, but you play this early so you're lowering your hand size... for the potential to attack with it later? I'd rather just be clearing the board and dropping the impactful stuff later on.
