Literally only read the first stage and it's already 5 stars. I don't care if it sucks, permanent control Hero power gives me big peen.
And now I've read the rest and I am fully erect. Lock and Load is being taken literal and everyone who stands in its way will get Shadowreaper flashbacks.
I tried having fun once.

This is incredibly busted. Face Hunter already wants to play spells to deal damage, and this has a very easy requirement. 5/5 strongest card of the expansion.
Seems like a decent card. Might be too slow for face hunter. But maybe it is not a big problem.
I don't believe in an Odd Questline Hunter since it needs too many cards and Hunter still lacks draw. But Spell Hunter was a thing back in the day and this could help it make a comeback. Wild Control Hunter?!

I wonder how this interacts with Zul'jin. If you transform does it bring the cost of your hero power back up?
This will be kind of nuts. A limited form of Anduin/Raza will really test how well you can survive. I just now even realized that the spell damage d=oesn't even have to be face, it can be minions too. This will be really good.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.

This is just a really really gross questline. The number of Hunter spells that deal damage, let alone at a low cost? This smells of Nerf
Probably nerfed to 3 spells per benchmark.
This is nuts on so many levels.
Its fun, its good, it promotes slower hunters
And best of all in no way possible this ever fits in face hunter.

This seems like the best quest, wonder if it'll get nerf at some point, like having to play 3 spells or something.
Card with crazy potential, kind of like ol' Razanduin priest. Only thing is, there aren't /that/ many spells that deal damage. Only 9 of them, and quite a few of them are pretty bad. The ones you'd want to run are Wound Prey, Quick Shot, Aimed Shot, Piercing Shot and maybe Arcane Shot and Overwhelm. Will this card be so good that you'd run Scrap Shot, Bola Shot and Explosive Trap? It remains to be seen.
Time to give machine gun priests a taste of their own medicine . . .

So after this is done you get a 0-cost HP that can target minions, and be reused each time you cast a spell? Goddamn!
This quest is INSANE. Wow this looks so OP, AND from the theorycraft streams i have seen so far, it looks very strong and viable as well.
In standard this will give hunter, the class that is already very good at going FACE the ability to do even more dmg. Honestly i'm quite scared about this questline potentially breaking standard, because i have seen turn 6-7 lethals with this questline on theorycraft streams. (Tbh that shouldnt mean too much, considering those are VERY unrefined decks. But still its Raza the Chained in hunter.)
In wild it's ODD Costed AND most of the best support cards for this quest (Rapid Fire for example) is ODD Costed. Yeh ODD Hunter might actually become a fairly decent deck soon. OH and the quest reward is TERRIFING together with Toxic Reinforcements.... Potentially instant 3 Leper Gnomes.... Oh no.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This is easily the scariest and potentially the easiest questline to complete. The only issue I can see with this is draw, but they've added Lock and Load to the core set.

This is so cool, finally control hunter can be a good deck in wild.
This might get nerfed.... I have not seen enough of the reveal streams to have my opinion based on that. But having raza on hunter is just incredible... May get nerfed in the future on spell requirements.

I doubt the new Quest spells are any good, it will see play because I think there are some XP achievements related to this. Older Quests are stricytly better, but of course not playable in Standard.
It'll be OK and fun, but probably won't be the best way the play Hunter.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.

And most of them see play anyway, so this quest should be quite viable. I'd be quite interested to see if it's better than the current Face Hunter though, coz we all know the HP always goes face, even if it can target minions.

Most likely the strongest quesline out there, and I like how it'll force Hunter to be a little more spell-inclined (without going full spell-list)

Yeah, this one is scary. My prediction is that to a large extent this quest and its counters are going to depict how the meta is going to look like in Standard, and to a lesser extent, maybe even in Wild as well alongside Dragonbane.
Arena > Wild > Standard
It's only a matter of time that someone will make it works on an odd deck in wild, I am getting razakus priest flashbacks right now.

Now this is insane! It was super fun to watch it during the theorycrafting streams, and it'll probably be the strongest of all Hunter decks. It's the second most fun questline, only topped by the Warlock one
Machine Gun Priest is back, I guess! Seems really good, and Hunter has more than enough cards to complete this fairly quickly. Also just seems like a fun deck to pilot.
