Very easy to activate the trigger, cheap, and tutors a card. For Shadow Priest support!
Nice tutored draw. This will just help shadow priest to be able to accelerate their game plan.

It'll be drawing one most of the time its out. Too bad its never a curve minion along with the value, unless you manage to stick a 1 drop.
All in all, its just doing what priest needed to do. There's no chance this doesn't see play.
Will even be good in non-shadow decks, as it will be a Palm Reading or Soul Mirror tutor.

Not a ton of self-damage options for Priest. Pretty much just Raise Dead. There's Psyfiend, but you'd want to play that first, so it doesn't curve well.
Realy like the Shadow Priest support ! I think Shadow Priest will be a thing in the upcoming meta and therefor this will see play.

Decent card draw for the new shadow priest coz you'll always be doing damage with your HP. But it only fits in that deck, so the card is dependent on if the deck itself will be any good

Shadow Priest auto include. I am pretty hyped for this new archetype. Priest games should become a lot shorter hopefully.
I am waiting for shadowpriests arrival. As they will always be able to deal damage, this is consistantly good.

Incredible card. Priest always lacked card draw and now shadow priest has some very good draw. I really like it! Will 100% see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Priests already have so many of these conditional card draw cards. They all look deceptively strong, but in the end they see almost zero play and I can't help but wonder if this card has the same fate. It's called Twilight Deceptor. It's even in its name. But still, it's not difficult for Shadow Priests to do some damage to either themselves or their opponent, so maybe this card is reverse-jinxed or something thanks to its name.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Very useful card draw, not limited to shadow priest because the damage can be done by minions
Has decent stats and should be quite easy to trigger the effect, so it might see play in the new Shadow Priest deck
Easy slot in to Shadow Priest, and has potential in other Priest decks since they do run several Shadow spells incidentally. Bit of an odd condition for non-Shadow Priests to fill, but they shouldn't have too much trouble with it.
