I don#t think I understand the effect. Does it remove the card from your deck like a draw? Because that would be awful against silence. If it stores copies however it becomes an autoinclude for any control deck.
I tried having fun once.

Exactly my thoughts - if it removes the cards it is awful because there are some new silence card too and some old ones i guess :)

I believe it works as a Draw, just a guess though. Seems bad with Silence effects and just better Draw options available.
Vulnurable to silence or transform but real neat idea to store cards. Triggering the DR early could make for some nice reloads.

For most decks its basically a 3 mana draw 1. For decks that can copy minions on board, this is just near infinite value.
But yeah, its shit. I mean its less efficient than Loot Hoarder. Unless youre playing the 1000 iq game with Faceless Manipulator, this just doesnt do anything.
Delayed card draw that has the potential to burn a bunch of cards, all on an understatted body. Trash.
I think it could be ok. You run the obvious risk of losing the cards to silence effects, but you should be able to safely squeeze out a card or two. I presume any deck that runs this will have better silence targets available. You run this as a control deck, not a combo one. Losing a card or two isn't much worse than the original Tracking effect. Don't try to get greedy with it so that you avoid burning cards and I think this is a good inclusion.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
In theory, it would be amazing to have in aggro decks to fill your hand back up. In reality, there are more silence cards to be played so the pay off will be minimal

In the best case scenario, this draw you some extra cards after a couple turns. Worst case, your opponent steals or silences this and you cry.

Interesting, at the very least you should get at least 1 card (unless this get devolved or silenced)
This is risky, what about silence.
Might be too good and this can really burn your cards... Also silencing it is just lethal...

Great card as long as it does not meet a Silence card.
A bit janky and in most cases, it'll only give you 1 card. Also doesn't really play to any game plan, so it's prob just your random arena pick or evolved result

Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
Most of the time I expect this to be no more than just a 3 mana 2/3 with deathrattle: draw a card. Not necessarily bad, but I wouldn't run it over a Loot Hoarder. Sure, you can run this in a Drakkari Enchanter deck or hide this behind a taunt, but I don't think that'll ever surpass meme tier.
Arena > Wild > Standard
It's alright as a draw engine. If you time it just right you could be able to get 2 or more cards from this which is decent. But just about every class is going to have quicker and more reliable ways to draw that don't come with the risk of having your cards lost to silence/transform.

Certainly an interesting idea. Probably almost never gets you more than 2 cards, which I guess is worth 1 mana.
If it gets silenced... No no... definitely no.

Either all this card does is draw 1 (which in that case you might as well play Loot Hoarder), or your opponent lets it sit around and eat your deck before silencing or killing it and causing you to burn the cards that were invested and drawn.

Interesting card, but i feel like it probably doesnt see play. Maybe handlock might try it out in standard, but i doubt it.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Cool design, and kinda like how it introduces this new ''unknown/exiled'' space for your card to go too, but ... is there a use for it? Is your card really ''safer'' with this banker?

So many new silence effects released in the same expansion as this otherwise kinda new mechanic. Seems too risky for most decks.
Interesting concept but very weak to silence, if it get silenced you lose your cards without playing them
Probably the worst feeling in the world, having this silenced. Far too risky of a card
Can duplicate cards if you have ways of activating the Deathrattle, but outside of Hunter Duels I don't see that happening. Even there it's pretty mediocre in comparison to what else you could be doing.
