Could be kind of fun in Handlock. All their payoff cards don't have taunt and this is just a more efficient Sunfury Protector.
I tried having fun once.

Ok for 1 Mana - not sure in which Deck i see this - as mentioned above maybe in Handlock.

1 mana 1/3 always have a chance at seeing play. Effect isn't anything crazy, we've seen it before and it wasn't great.
Cheapest way to give a minion taunt yet (I think). This should be a card worth playing.

Cheap way to give something taunt. Good with handbuffs. Could see some use.

This feels like a merchant that lost the wagon with the others.
If it gives out taunts that's already a niche some decks would want like handlock.
But its been a long time since a 1/3 on 1 is a cause for celebration. If it had a taunt itself, then itd be OP, but it doesn't so its decent even at best.
Crazy in Handlock, decent applications in other decks. Don't sleep on it.
I hope that other silence minions will be printed, that card fits in that archetype.

Average card. Decent for making something into a taunt. Maybe you use it on some of those high statted 'can only attack if' cards.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
First Day of School and you get the anti-bully minion. That isn't so bad. Stacking it in your deck to begin with, not so much

Is there some kind of minion token deck that wants this? No. It's a 1 drop we don't play on 1.
Chumbawumba is the worst band name.
MAYBE in Shudderwock Shaman in Wild. Otherwise more likely in Standard to appear in Handlock, I agree on that. Else it's a filler.

A faster Sunfury Protector, sign me up for this in Handlock.
Reminds me of Argent Protector except it gives Taunt instead of Divine Shield. Should be good somewhere.
Not impactful enough... maybe in handlock but even that is so questionable that I don't think so

Might see play in handlock, but thats it i guess. Not sure that other deck would even considering using this.. actually maybe Questline Paladin? Meh.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Anyone remember Sparring Partner? That's this guy except Stockades Guard targets friendly minions only. Very nice flexible control and anti-aggro 1 drop. We'll definitely be seeing him a lot

Very good anti aggro tool and very useful if generated by First Day of School
Don't think it will be much popular in constructed, but the existance of this card might make random effects interesting.
This probably doesn't do anything specific enough to be played in constructed decks as Sparring Partner also hasn't seen play in years, but in Arena this might occasionally come in handy.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Arena card, and even there... it's pack filler.

May find a place in handlock.
Probably more of an Arena card, don't see which archetype this'd fit in for Constructed
I think I prefer just running Taunts (or better cards), even in Handlock or similar decks with big but not Taunted minions.
