I mean...it's not terrible, Possessed Lackey is already proof of concept for this kind of effect, but I don't really believe in Big Warrior at this point in time.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Warrior Possessed Lackey, i'll give It a try, but i don't have hopes on big warrior.

But this card looks mediocre for that.
This is really bad. I see a lot of comparisons to Possessed Lackey, but that was good because you could target a Doomguard or a Voidlord and could have other minions to get to that point. This is any minion and could get something bad.
Big Warrior? Are there other cards worth running for this? I mean, 6 mana to summon a card that will probably be 8-10 mana isn't bad. Especially since with the high attack your opponent can't just ignore it.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
I love big Warrior. I want Commencement to work, this card is getting there. But not quite enough.

Big Warrior was pretty cool last year, but I feel like it's had it's heyday. Too little too late.
In a control warrior build, this could be quite scary.
Give this Rush and we're in business. Otherwise, meh.

Recruit warrior was still kinda popular a bit ago, this can push that again as well.
I wouldn't even play this in wild recruit warrior.

Probably not that great. Kind of expensive, and vulnerable to transform or silence.
Why does a card like this exists? Even if Recruit was the best keyword out there... It's too costly, it has bad stat distribution, and doesn't even have Taunt...

Big Warrior support... And I don't think Big Warrior even wants this because it's a lackluster result out of Commencement.

I don't think this is what big warrior needs but we'll see. One one hand weak minion, on the other a more consistent way of cheating things out than only relying on commencement.

Goes into Big Warrior, but a tad slow since it is a Deathrattle ability. Is the archetype viable enough in Standard though?
There are better options for Big Warrior, even in Standard. Although it does not support the flavor of this card, at least it needs Taunt, but preferably Rush to see play.

Those stats are so janky and the recruit effect belongs back in Dec 2017. No idea what blizzard wanted to do with this minion, but hey, least the deathrattle will trigger quite easily

As a BIG warrior enjoyer i can safely say that this is absolute GARBAGE. Actually not just garbage, HOT GARBAGE.
It's way too expansive. Sure you can kill it off easely, but do you really want to play a 6/2 with no immediate board impact? Not only that but there is no way to discount/get it out earlier. Well not only that but in standard, do you want it to get summoned from Commencement? Well NO. it ruins the Commencement pool AND if you pull it you payed 1 more mana for basicly nothing. Cowardly Grunt might have been semi-playable if it was 5 mana, or actually had taunt or rush. 6 mana 6/2 rush + this effect would have been amazing.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Big recruit warrior support?
Well warrior got a lot of sufrvival until the 6 turn to make use of it
6 mana and 2 health doesn't seem that great, even with the Deathrattle. Not sure if this will have a place on any Warrior deck
Really aggressive statline is interesting, but ultimately this is too easy to take out. They won't spend much resources sniping it off, leaving them with plenty of mana to deal with whatever it recruits.
