But you know...since it'll always cost at least 6-mana...it has good stats for the cost.
I tried having fun once.

Decent Stats because this will almost never be played for 7 - at least 6 :)

A 3 mana 6/7 taunt seems pretty good.

Another card that looks like it will be very good in conjunction with the questline. With the right hand you not only see a big minion come down for cheap, but the weapon/tool also hits you in the face for big damage.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Really good support for the quest, or standalone with skull of guldan. If it's played the turn it's drawn its a 6 mana 6/7 taunt which isn't horrible.

Good synergy with the draw mechanic and target for this expansion
Works well with the Questline, but chances are that won't see much if any play, and so neither will this.
6 mana 6/7 tagged taunt Minion is good, any mana cheat makes It better.

Not a bad "big" demon. Reduces it's own cost already and DH has a lot of draw. I can see this coming down for 4ish often enough to be decent.

Now the quest seems to be getting better with all this support. With Skull of Gul'dan this can cost 4 or 1 if discounted by the effect itself so pretty good.
It do have good stats for the cost tho...

If it didn't have taunt it'll be hot trash. But then team5 had to muck it up by making it a demon as well. So again, the only reason you're playing this is because you're playing hard for the quest to work. But even a good card in a bad deck is shit, so what's there to say about this card?
Well, on the bright side, it'll always cost 0 if you get outcasted skull on this thing.
DH just... doesn't want this? It has better taunts that aren't played, like Ashtongue Battlelord and Insatiable Felhound.
I'm not sold on this whole "draw-a-bunch-of-cards" demon hunter deck blizzard is trying to push. This card seems fine as long as you can reduce it to 3-4 mana, but I don't think it will be played over other cards that fit your deck better. Maybe in some kind of big demon hunter deck? But other than that it likely won't be played.

Good stats for cost + taunt at a minimum, but is a nice pay off for spending all the rest of your mana drawing cards. Still have my doubts on the quests viability, but if quest ends up being good, then this will be alright. Also is a decent (ish) Big DH minion.

I wonder how often this will be played for free. If you can play it for 5 or less, that's pretty damn good.
Probably will be 6 mana 6/7 most of the time, which are some really nice stats for the cost. Not only that, but it also has taunt so it will actually powercreep Boulderfist Ogre. Which is absolute Blasphany. How could they powercreep the "strongest" minion ever created, with those stats for the cost.
Okay im done with memery now. Irebound Brute seems decent enough in both Big DH and this "draw DH" deck. But my guess is that Big DH and this quest DH are probably going to be merge into one deck at some point.
In wild it is ODD Costed, BUT i think it wont see play. Mainly because ODD DH prefers cheap minions and spells.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

So... I don't really see the archetype of Draw DH... It's lacking in consistency for me.
And honestly... this doesn't really add too much to the archetype. Maybe in future sets?

Obviously will be run in a Final Showdown deck, but this might just be good enough to be run in a regular midrange tempo deck as well. If you can reliably get this on the board for 3 or 4 mana, than is just a straight up good card.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Only really viable during a Glide or Skull of Gul'dan turn, I do not see it happen though.

So I'm guessing it'll always be a 6 mana 6/7 taunt, that's not bad and it could find a way into the current big demon DH archetype coz it isn't terrible to pull from Pit Lord. If you hit this guy with Skull of Gul'dan on the first draw, it'll cost 2 mana on that turn, which is pretty nuts.

I mean it can be good, but it is all conditional to the questline being viable in first place.
If the quest works, this will be more than decent, but on its own, I have my reserves

Pushing the quest very hard, but for now it will be discounted just or 2 mana
It has good stats, and should be able to be played at a reduced cost rather consistently, so it might be a key card if the draw archetype for the quest becomes competitive
It's always at least a Boulderfist Ogre, so I guess I can see how this could be good. I just don't think the deck built around this concept will pan out, but that doesn't mean this one card will end up being bad.
