The Out of Cards Halloween Celebration
What is Oozefest?
Oozefest is our annual Halloween event and celebration! We've got activities lined up on the site for the entire week and some trick-or-treating fun to earn Candy. Check back every day to see if there's any new content - all our Halloween fun will get cross-posted to this page.
The event runs from October 17, 2021 until November 14, 2021. The shop will remain open for one week after Oozefest ends.
What is New This Year?
We have several new features alongside this year's Oozefest event!
Trick or Treating!
- You can visit other community members' profiles to Trick or Treat.
- Do you dare put your hand in their candy bucket?
- Watch out for Tricks, they're out to get you!
- Every day your Candy bucket will refill with some Candy for other members to take.
- No one loses any Candy when other members visit their bucket.
- Your bucket will refill throughout the day with some extra Candy pieces by being active on the site.
Random Events
- Earn or Lose Candy on your site travels. Who will you meet?
- Candy lost is smaller than any Candy gained. You cannot have negative Candy.
Contests
- We'll be running a few different contests throughout the event, winners will receive Out of Cards Premium.

So...I'm not even gonna bother with the Magic ones, that game has waaaay too many cards so searching off these clues is just the proverbial needle in the haystack. I thought I had the vampire one, but apparently a stake is not what is referenced here....curious.
Also stumped on the Trick or treat one. I feel like there's a lot of cards that can be described as "not saying trick or treat".
Ok, that's one I managed to figure out quickly, although I'm stumped on most others for games I don't play. For the trick or treat one, that's the wrong part of the question to focus on. That's just for flavor, but think about a minion you play in HS that you just can't understand what its voice lines are saying. Also, it's a spooky one to fit with the theme.
Could you narrrow it down to a set ? I'm still lost with that one ;

Alright so these are really easy.
The cavalry one is pretty obvious, just check the spooky region until you find something that looks close enough to…well…cavalry.
The other one is a bit trickier if you aren't familiar with the character. Essentially you're looking for an explosive card. Also, "twice" is a big hint here. Look in one of the more goofy regions, not the serious ones.
The magic the gathering clues are not that difficult, I've got all 3 and never played the game.
Here's a hint. I'm needing additional clues for all HS ones though 🤦♀️
Edit: managed to get the both. For the 13 one, the hint is nice but only half of the word is gonna help you find it in the site.
The vampire one was misleading, it's an item not a creature, what the hint above meant was that you can usually bring this item to hunt other creatures of the night
