Its a giant that can be reduced to 0 fairly quickly with stuff like Expendable Performers.
Not quite Corridor Creeper, but very close to it, and in my opinion just about as broken. We'll have to see how consistent this can be dropped down, because its not altogether impossible to have this by turn 5, or completely reduced to 0 after a skull draw.
Very easy to get this to 0 mana, can be copied with Felosophy, and will be a problem

Very good token support, but token DH is not good right now. Not sure how this fits to existing archetypes, the minions don't die fast enough for this to be dropped early. Maybe aggro DH if it makes a comback.
The best token payoff Demon Hunter has yet received. This could be a problem. If Demon Hunter can discount it quickly enough, there's nothing stopping them from playing a Felosophy or two, slamming down two big bodies, then following up with Battleground Battlemaster like a souped-up Flesh Giant Warlock. Keep your eyes on this one. Maybe not this meta, but eventually we will see it in a top-Tier deck.

Pretty solid Token support but I still don't believe in that deck. Gonna have to see what the DH Hero card is all about.

It was awful.
Very solid token DH card, will see play even if its just in a normal aggro DH deck. We know from Flesh Giant and pretty much every giant will see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Will this be the card that finally makes Token DH a real deck? I doubt it, but at some point you gotta admire their perseverance to make it and Big Demon DH happen.
This looks like an early nerf target*. Even if a full Token DH deck doesn't come together, this could easily find its way into a Deathrattle DH thanks to how sticky those deathrattle chains can make their boards. On their own, Renowned Performer is a three mana discount on this, and Devouring Ectoplasm is a two mana reduction, and both of those see tons of play in Deathrattle DH.
* Not literally calling for a nerf before it's even launched - I just think this looks like the kind of card that will get out of hand quickly and make for polarized match-ups.

I was thinking it would be problematic too, but more in regards to token decks - as 13 illiaries aren't that hard to kill in a game - and the resulting (0) mana pair of Ur'zul Giant would act as a finishers

Well, this is our first 13 mana card, so shamans can now evolve Mountain Giants into Ur'zul Giants. This Giant will be insane in Duels though so wouldn't be surprised if it's banned. Very nice support for token DH, but we need more tokens

So now we have a 13 mana giant. More expensive than anything other than Molten Giant and Shirvallah, the Tiger. It shouldn't be hard to get this guy down to 0 mana.

Pretty good payoff for the token build, now the deck just needs something to make the tokens more impactful.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)

Arena: Takes too long in most games to really benefit from the discount. However, at some point this is still playable for relatively cheap, so definitely decent.
Constructed: I'm not convinced Token DH is going to be any good and that is the main deck Ur'zul Giant would fit in.

I think this is a strong guy to plop down on turn 5-7, and it will be kind of annoying. However, just looking through the cards this expansion, there seems to be decent minion removal, so hopefully it wont be too too strong

8-9 minions to die to make it really good tempo will not be a problem to a deck build around that. Do we still have Nethrandamus as a card to complement the deck?
Giants have always ended up being playable in some type of deck. I like this one in either token or big demons. If you run Vandar, that will essentially make him playable already. Putting him in a token style deck gets you the possibility of slamming an 8/8 around turn 5 or 6.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.

Seems great! You can even run it in Big Demon lists if you want, but obviously Token is where it shines.

Super easy to cheat out in token decks, so I'm sure it'll see some play. The art is awesome, too!
