Probably good as an arena card, because a 3/3 on 3 is still okay.
In ranked, it being a deathrattle is more curse than blessing because it could end up freezing the wrong target. And of course, unless you trigger it immediately, this doesn't do anything the same turn its played.
Good Deathrattle, but more of an Arena/Filler card
Probably the best name in the set and no I will not be defending my position. Maybe in a meta with a lot of big minions Deathrattle Hunter runs this. Rogue has some Deathrattle synergies, so.... Freeze Rogue? Probably not going to see a ton of play.

I think this might genuinely make the cut in some lists. It's a great way to build tempo by slowing down your opponent. The randomness doesn't even matter because in any case you're preventing something from attacking.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Seems like a filler card. If it was a battlecry though, then it would have been nearly a must include. It was SO close to greatness.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Freeze is a strong mechanic and should not be underestimated. I don't think we had neutral cards that can freeze more than one target before. Many classes already have deathrattle support cards so this can be copied, revived or triggered multiple times to freeze even more times than mage can. This could very well be a sleeper card of the set.
Very slow but also very annoying, might see some play in dedicated deathrattle decks.
Decent for arena - standard not so sure!

This seems like it could be a solid choice for a control archetype in a class without ample AOE. Lots of cards like that have been printed, though, and none have ever really made that sort of thing work. Still, I like to see a neutral freeze that's playable.
Well... it's more deathrattle support for all the deathrattle synergies blizzard is pushing this expansion. It's not a great deathrattle though that you'd want to trigger multiple times. Might be seen off of discover effects when there's nothing better, but right now, I'd feel bummed if I got this epic out of my packs. Why is it epic???

3 mana 3/3 with a useful deathrattle effect - not great, but by no mean bad

This might be ok. Unfortunately this is a deathrattle, so the opponent has more control over when it goes off. Maybe you can get this off of Call of the Grave or Sketchy Information.
Arena: 3/3 is understatted and the deathrattle can feel awkward in so many ways. Playable, but nothing more than that.
Constructed: If a deck pops up that really cares about freeze effects Popsicooler could be in there, but I can't see it get played anywhere else.
Arena > Wild > Standard
If you can trigger the Deathrattle multiple time, it seems like it could be a good combo staller

A mech, a mech, a mech! Who had "random mech with expansion flavour" for Bingo?
Maybe freeze shaman includes this for more freezing synergies. I don't know if other decks want this though. The ones that care about freezing (Mage) have ample ways to do that now.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Does this make the cut in Shaman for the Freeze synergies? I think it might. Everywhere else it's probably just an Arena card.

Not bad, would have been great if it was a battlecry effect. Will see play in Arena and to complete the new XP achievement.
It's not bad, but mech synergy is lacking so I guess it's mostly a great card for arena.
