Will see play for being a 1-mana Naga in the respective decks. Don't see the effect being all that relevant though.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.

Too Many Spells Priest could use this as a win condition (if it lives for a turn)? It's an OK 1-drop, and is enough of a threat in the right decks (Quest Hunter?) that it might be worth running instead of the usual Troggs and Peasants.

Its a 1 mana naga, its a 1 mana 1/3, what more can you ask for.
If you're running aggro or nagas then this card is just a solid 1 drop with a slight upside. Only in priest can this really deal massive damage if left alive, but that's a small bonus to an already good card.
High health 1 cost minion that can scale with spells is great. Reminiscent of Mana Addict but this naga will definitely see play in naga focused decks

Great 1 drop for a bunch of decks, and any naga decks might just run this. After all, it's a cheap "If you played a naga while holding this" activator. And Spitelash Siren can use this to cheat mana.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
I wonder how high this can be reliably buffed to. It has to survive a turn before it can attack, so playing a bunch of cheap spells in the late game to give it high attack probably isn't reliable. Maybe as an early-mid game removal.

It's a nice 1 drop, but I don't see it as being good enough to earn a spot in any deck. Doubt it'll see much play.
