Without even seeing the Sunnken version I doubt this will be relevant....unless it heals for 10 or something.
The whole point of the Sunken cards is that you can relatively safely drop their load early on so you can dredge fast and get the payoff....This is big and slow and a prime target for silencing.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Sunken version is a worse Zilliax ('cause it ain't got Rush), so I'm going to go ahead and pass on this minion. It doesn't even have a minion type, so there's no chance of tribal synergy.

First off, why the hell is this not a mech?
A decent pay off for dredge cards. A bit slow, but for something so bulky with lifesteal, divine shield, and taunt it might be more than worth it.
Without the Mech Tag this is pretty meh ...

It has way better stats than Zilliax, so I'd say it's better (provided you generate and Dredge it before, of course).
Lack of Mech tag sucks, though. It also doesn't make a lot of sense, since it looks a lot like The Curator.
So Sunken Sentinel is actually pretty good in control decks looking to stay alive. Could be good in control priest and warrior.

You are right. Weird this isn't a mech. Has similar bodies to The Curator (who is) and Arcane Golem (who isnt) a mech. I am sure it's something to do with magic vs mechanical construction. However it looks like the same mistake they did with witchwood Grizzly not being a beast. That set wanted more beasts, this set cares about mechs, seems like a miss.
Side note I've never seen a golden Curator before. Looks sick.

I see this getting played maybe in Deathrattle priest because it's a sticky minion and it has a deathrattle. Maybe some other control decks might consider this as well, because it's lifegain and a sticky taunt.
It's just weird that it's not a mech, i hope this a mistake they made when showing the card.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Looks alright, but I think most classes will have better targets to dredge. Mage or Paladin might want it if it were a mech.
This can do wonders in class with reliable ways to fish their bottom card to the top. The pay off is pretty good, but it is indeed more control oriented. Also great in arena!

Would be really good, but seems that classes are aiming for specific things with their Dredges, and this doesn't quite fit with any except for maybe one of Warrior's.

Really strong Arena card, and maybe it'll somehow make its way into a more control oriented deck. Still think it should be a Mech, though!
