It's not old Eye Beam, but it's good. Makes tempo Nagas a legit consideration. Also this can go face. That alone is probably enough to have it see play
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
If Nagas end up taking off in DH, it will be because of this card. 0 cost spells are never something to scoff at, and the combo with Lady S'theno on early turns for minion clearing and face damage is frightening. Turn three S'theno and two of these would make me concede on the spot with a board based deck.

It's Fel on top of being just an excellent card already. This feels like a Demon Hunter auto-include.
Flashback to Eye Beam before it got nerfed, but at least this doesn't have Lifesteal. The Naga in DH aren't necessarily terrible, so I could see that archetype becoming a real thing and this would fit right in. Could be a nice time.

Eye Beam on 0 was completely nuts, so there's no reason why this card couldn't do the same. If there's going to be one card that responsible for bringing tempo dhunter back, it'll be this one.
The conditions that a naga has to first be played wouldn't be too much trouble for a tempo deck seeking to curve out. You can play Vicious Slitherspear and immediately swing board on turn 1, or turn 2.
Does well in a spell heavy dhunter too, because we're 100% sure Lady S'theno and Wayward Sage would in there. Even if it doesn't, a spell deck can afford a 3 mana deal 3 anyway.

We knew Eye Beam was too broken at zero mana so this spell should see play but ofc bare in mind that you still need to spend mana to play a naga minion so it's definitely balanced.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Compareable with pre-nerf Eye Beam but Predation can go FACE which often makes it better with Jace Darkweaver. But of course Predation doesn't have lifesteal. Predation has a lot of synergy with Lady S'theno, which is pretty good.
The one challange with this card is that you need to have to play a naga before playing Predation which might be difficult... In any class but DH. DH often has crazy amounts of draw, so finding nagas often isn't that difficult. I think some OTK Lady S'theno decks will run it, and some Jace Darkweaver decks will run it.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Dealing 3 damage for 0 mana is certainly good, but I have no idea how good Naga in a DH deck will be.
Annoyingly flexible .. and cheap ; DH haters are gonne hate ^^

Makes a Naga direction worth considering, and that's before considering combining with Lady S'theno.

Seems very solid, specially being a Fel spell. Will work well with Jace Darkweaver!
