Because Control Warrior just needed defensive tempo plays to really fuck you out of the early game even harder.
Return to a board-based meta they said...I guess it counts if only one side ever gets to have a board.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
It's a good card. 2/3 with Taunt, comes with Armor. Good for slow Warrior decks that want to run a lot of spells in order to not mess up a certain Dragon's Battlecry. I'd imagine this slots right into Control Kazakusan Warrior.

Why'd warrior ever play this card is beyond me. The 3 health gain for a vanilla 2/3 taunt is kinda weak considering that Bash is back in standard. Unless warrior goes big recruit again, this card will simply never see any play.
Simple and decent armor spell for control warrior. Will most likely see play this expansion then be forgotten about when there's new and better things to do
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
2 mana 2/3 taunt that gives you 3 armor. Yeah, insta-include in every control warrior deck!.. untill a future expansion prints something better.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
This looks like a decent defensive card. Captain Galvangar isn't going away, either.
Oh wow, for a "newer" card, you mentioning it felt like it was antique! Don't think I've ever played my copy of him.

Sidesteps minion restrictive conditions like Kazakusan or Vanndar, and is a pretty decent speed bump against aggro.
