Honestly, This probably doesn't even see play because Quest Hunter doesn't care to run Nagas and Naga-Spell Hunter will be too slow, but it's decent draw.
Maybe after a Questline nerf it becomes a thing.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
This will be one of those decks you might try and try and wish it were better, but then you lose all your stars and decide to go have some ice cream instead.
I could see quest hunter running nagas to make this work, specifically Crushclaw Enforcer and Raj Naz'jan. Card draw will always be appreciated in hunter, and this also refreshes the hero power as well.

It's a Questline card, and now Hunter doesn't have to run Crushclaw Enforcer to tutor Raj (plus, they get a spell). Should be good. I can imagine any Raj Hunter deck putting in at least a copy of this.

To be honest, I think this card is good. Borderline to being most valuable.
Hear me out. Combo hunter, with kazakusan-raj. Tutor out your raj, get Kazakusan out, get ancient reflection and raj for the win. You can run another naga, maybe Queen Azshara perhaps.
A long shot, but if it works, then this card has just justified itself enough in my eyes.
I mean this could be good of Naga Hunter would be a thing. Probably could also work for Quest Hunter if you run the 4/4 Naga that makes a spell go off twice because with this card you could tutor that guy ...

This spell could help tutor Raj Naz'jan in a Quest hunter if he's the only naga in your deck. The fact that it tutors both a specific minion type and a spell definitely means it'll see play.

Amazing because of there being insane nagas in hunter like Raj Naz'jan and Twinbow Terrorcoil. This will 100% see play.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Two tutors for 3 mana, how could this be bad? Nothing immediately comes to mind for what you might want to draw with this, but gets a benefit from playing the other while holding it is probably ideal.
It isn't the class that would benefit the most from tutoring, but it isn't a class that excelled at card draw in the first place, so this might just be a very valuable tool/combo enabler ; I'm pretty stoked for that one!
