Well...can't think of anything degenerate in Standard right now, but Wild players are gonna hate this.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Good zero Cost spell for Spell Priest decks and, honestly, it might just be good in any Priest deck that runs a lot of spells. Just play it whenever. you want a 3 Cost Lightbomb? How about a 6 Cost Whirlpool? Seems pretty powerful, to me. Maybe Priest has enough stuff that they could make a Kazakusan deck. That's what all the kids are doing these days, right?

Never underestimate 0 Mana Cards. I think this could be very dangerous.

0 mana dredge, that's essentially what it is. Had it draw the card it would have been insane, but a mere discount? Perhaps you can get Switcheroo and immediately win the game the turn after, that's probably the best thing this card offers.
Probably just ammunition for lyra most of the time. At least that ensures it'll see play.
Standard: Lyra the Sunshard will love this card, because it's 0 mana generate a card + tutor your next draw and mana cheat. Also it synergizes well with Sunken Ritual. So i feel like silence priest will also run this.
In wild... NOOOOOOOOOOOO. This will be a strong option for BIG Priests cuz they can discount a lot of their big spells such as Shadow Essence and of course tutor their draw. To me this seems also good in a lot of other priest decks.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Zero mana dredge cards are crazy strong. Druid got the better one as it can (conditionally) draw but this is very close. Especially Ina Reno/highlander style deck being able to set up your turns in advance will be very strong.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
Goes nicely with Azsharan Ritual. Otherwise, in the right deck, there's probably a good chance to find a big spell to play 3 turns earlier.

Probably opens the door for degenerate things in priest, both in standard and wild.

0 mana draw is already awesome, and the Dredge effect makes this card almost mandatory.
