Makes me wonder if Murloc Shaman might get another chance, all they were lacking is a good refill options after all. Are there ways to make Murlocs cheaper?
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
So what this is mainly good for is, in Wild, where it can tutor Gigafin and the Murloc that makes the next Murloc you paly cost health. Sure, it's mainly just a more expensive Ice Fishing, but did you have any better ideas? Maybe it makes the cut in Standard, since drawing three is a lot (more than two, at least).

It'll only be playable if you want to play murlocs and control is everywhere, or if you can drastically reduce murlocs' costs.
If you're running for tempo, then the last thing you need is to drop a card like this on 5. Murloc Tastyfin saw some play but it was a different time in hearthstone and it costs 1 less. At best you're using this card to tutor out murlocs like Mutanus, Gigafin, or Twin-fin Fin Twin, but that's smacks of desperation.
This murloc alone will make Murlock viable and maybe even Murloc Shaman. A specific tutor that draws 3 cards with a 4/3 body is very good, even at 5 mana. Very nice to curve into once you've dumped your hand and looking to refill

Insta-include in any murloc deck in both standard AND wild. Very strong card! This costs 1 more mana than Murloc Tastyfin but has a battlecry AND it draws 1 more murloc. This is soo good.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Obviously really great with the murloc handbuff cards printed for Warlock, but any murloc deck would like this, really.
Mandatory Murloc refuel, because those decks run out of steam pretty fast, or have already won by turn 5.
Artwork is also pretty sweet, was almost expecting a dragon!

One of the reasons why Murloc decks basically didn't exist during this past year is that they gassed out way too quickly. If Murlocs see any success, it's because of this jet fuel rocketing through their decks.

A great tool for Murloc Warlock, specially if they get to pay 5 health instead of mana and fill their hand early on!
