If this upgrades on the cost reduction it could be sick. If it just draws more cards it's probably trash.
5-mana is a lot, there would have to be a really powerful Relic payoff for this to be worth building around.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
It likely upgrades the cost, because A) It says "two" instead of having a number and B) it's similar to Skull of Gul'dan.
DH has a lot of great draw power at it's disposal. Tac this onto the Quest and you have the recipe for a really scary Big DH deck coming.
Tough to say, but this might be the best of the Relics. Drawing cards is usually nice, and cost reduction is even nicer.
I want to say that on average you only really need to play 2 other Relics, getting it to 3 mana discounts, to get the most out of this card. Honestly this Relic is the whole reason why I would bother with the package, as even a scuffed Skull of Gul'dan is pretty good.

Its probably mini-Skull of Gul'dan, and at 5 mana its not really too bad but it does need at least one upgrade in order to be viable.
The fact that you dont need to outcast this, and that upgrading this at least once before turn 5 is highly likely, I don't think there's any trouble for me to call this a fairly power card that will see play. Depending on how many relics there will ultimately be, it might be arguable that this card might actually feature outside of a relic heavy deck as well.
And double value with Relic Vault? That's just illegal
So this is Skull of Gul'dan 2.0? Except instead of drawing 3 cards for a discount of 3 mana, we draw 2 cards for an ever increasing mana reduction. I'm quite glad this draw engine is restricted within a specific package, so randomly generating this card will be weaker in other classes.

I give the whole relic package 4 stars, but this is definitely the best of the bunch.
I really have a hard time assessing the relic package. None of them seems that "wow" on their own terms - all useful, but not that "great" - but the fact that they synergizes with one another means that you'd have to chose which one is to be used "vanilla" and which are to be upgraded? It does have potential, but maybe I just need to see it into play first

Very useful after upgrading, although not the best on its own. Likely to see some play thanks to the support from the other relics.
A new Skull of Gul'dan, 5/5 star card. Tbh this doesn't need any explaining.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
If you played another relic cards before this one, this could be easily suprass the Skull of Gul'dan, and using it with the location you can have a very pwoerful draw and mana cheating engine
