Gonna assume the damage goes up with each upgrade? That's alright I guess and it helps with removal that DH lacks, but it's super inconsistent.
I really dislike that they relics are just bad unless you upgrade them, which you can only do if you play bad relics beforehand.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Not of fan of this one so far, but I think it's still better than Relic of Phantasms as this COULD help with some board control.
Pretty much the weakest of the Relics, but considering that all of them are subpar on the first cast, they need something to get the ball actually rolling, and this absolutely fits the bill. Bad Moonbeam on first cast, slightly worse Fel Barrage on the second, we're not running this card because it's good, we're running it to make the other relics better.

Meh ... not sure about these Relics and the Relic Theme for Demon Hunter ... so far they seem pretty weak on their own ...

You need to start somewhere with upgrading Relics, and this seems like the best place. Mostly because it's the cheapest Relic, and might be the least bad of the base Relics. From what I can see, Relic Vault is probably vital if Relics actually work.
Upgraded once this card is a decent removal, better than most others on that mana cost range.
But that's the problem isn't it. All the relics are useless unupgraded so you're probably not playing this for this power level, but as a stepping stone towards better relics effects in future. And honestly, its not so shit that playing it is an active detriment.
It'll see play simply because its a relic.
Nice for popping annoying Divine Shields. But still think that each Relic is pretty weak on it's first use. Least it downgrades the value of random card generation. I'd say this spell only really gets good after you've cast 2 Relics to boost Relic of Extinction to 3 damage.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
Obviously, you want the location down before you start playing relics. So, done correctly, even the first one isn't bad at all. I like it, but it's not the strongest class package of the expansion, so I'll only give it 4 stars even though I think this new archetype will be somewhat viable.
My least favorite relic so far, but we all need a first relic to be played in ways to buff the others, so there is also that!

Cheap removal that improves future relics. It doesn't look that bad, honestly.
This seems like the weakest of the relics, but i still think its good. Because of this card, relic DH can better fight for board, and maybe BIG DH might include the relic package as well, because it really helps with mana cheat and surviving early game.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Very rng depentant in order to have control over the board, but it fills it's role upgrading the future relics
