Very good if you can hit it and still reasonable to just play if you got nothing better to do
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Wow, a 0 mana 2/5 with taunt? That's really good. Sure discardlock probably likes aggresive stuff more, however from what i can remember they like free stuff on board even more. And this free taunt can protect your other minions, which is nice. Worst case scenario you play a 3 mana 2/5 with taunt, however this wont happen often in discardlock decks. And i'm pretty sure this mostly will see play in discardlock.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Reading the card's name, I so wanted the flavor text to be about this - not disappointed!

As with most of discard synergy cards, its bad when its not for free.
But in dedicated decks this card might just be what you need because as it stands Im not entirely sure what the wincon is for discolock but judging by what is seen right now its likely not aggro, so a taunt is not just nice, it might be just necessary.
If discolock lives again (or is it unlives?), the Walking Dead will be front and center of the archetype. It's basically a defensive Silverware Golem but with 1 more stat and taunt. The power creep is real.
TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
I'm pretty sure a 3-cost 2/5 taunt is good regardless, but summoning it for free off of something like Scourge Supplies? Nice.
Silverware Golem got an upgrade
Better Silverware Golem as other people pointed out, but I'm skeptical if that really makes the deck. Certainly nice whenever you do get it off.

Seems like a decent minion, but not sure it'll see any play. Discard doesn't seem to be going in a specific direction, just a bunch of Undead and damage being thrown around.
