Extra little tidbit.

From this competition onwards, the token limit has increased to 4 (previously, it was 3).

Here's my idea:

The value you gain from the effect all depends on when you draw the minion back, really: you could pull it back immediately and get almost nothing, or it might be at the bottom of your deck and it'll last a while. You're still removing a minion from your board, though, so hopefully it's not too ridiculous; might need to tone down the size of the copy to 2/2. I gave it 2-Unholy so you could mix in a spicy target from other runes, like Gnome Muncher or Thassarian.

Hope you guys can shuffle.

Stern Librarian is a hugely-statted Taunt minion, but he comes with a downside that can be pretty severe. You lose your whole hand after you play it. This downside can be circumvented if you can empty your hand before playing it, but if you can't, then the price can be quite heavy as you don't even have discard synergy.

Spiritchanter Voluk can be used to copy some Battlecry effects with some delay and he will only be well utilized with certain Battlecries. The way Voluk's Chant is worded is the same as Shadow (from Shadow of Death) is worded.

Here's my first idea, presented with two alternate wording and statlines.

The two cards would take the same position as the ones you shuffle; that is, in the extremes of your hand, so Outcast effects would activate.

Let me know if you like the idea and which stats / wording you prefer.

I don't know if the second wording would actually put the cards where you want them; the first wording is preferable in that regard, in my opinion. It's funny that you would make a card like that, though, so soon after I made this card for the previous comp (but didn't share it) :P

Considering that, I like the 1/2/1 better. You're not gaining hand-advantage, really, so something cheaper is better.

Here's my idea to this challenge!
Thanks for Demon by simplifying the wording on the main body.
(Why exceed mana limit? So it's not useless by turn 10).

Imagine a world where Rise of Shadows would have received a mini set where all the good and the bad guys team up - et voilà: super cool dual class effects.

I tried to balance this around Darkest Hour. It's pretty scary with Warlock's token cards in Wild, but Warrior also has various ways to spam cheap minions, notably in one of Dr. Boom, Mad Genius' Hero Powers. The wording leans on Plague of Flames and the existing Bomb cards.

I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

Four card ideas this time around.

"Truth is in the shadows, waiting to be revealed by the light. But light only disperses the shadow." - Me

"If other people shared traits of those considered naive, the world would've become a better place." - Also me

New iteration of my card (kinda).

It randomly reorders your hand so that your Outcast cards get positioned better. It triggers from itself and other minions, so you have several chances to get them where you want in case you combine this with Illidari cards.

Not sure if the wording is clear enough, as it can be understood as "shuffle your hand into your deck", which is absolutely not what I want.

Feedback:

linkblade91
The effect is very interesting and creative, so thumbs up for that.

Not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but this card is also very good in OTK decks, as the summoned minion is free (of course, you risk drawing the minion at the very next turn, but I'd say it's very worth the risk). As said, not sure if this is intentional, but if it's not, I'd simply move the trigger to the end of your turn, instead of the beginning.

Demonxz95
Very solid cards as usual.

Stern Librarian has a bit of a flavor issue, as a huge Taunt doesn't seem very appropriate for a librarian. Some sort of big Demon like a Pit Lord would work better, IMO. Still, very solid card.

Spiritchanter Voluk is probably my favorite among the two. Not much to say, as I wouldn't change much (maybe I'd change the name of the token to [0]'s Chant instead of Voluk's Chant, but it's a very minor thing).

mechadogps
It's kinda like a reverse Framester, I like it.

I'd probably use another artwork (preferably some pirate with a treasure or coins) and maybe another watermark, but neither thing is a big deal.

anchornm
Very cool card, although I'd probably make it a legendary. Even if you don't, you shouldn't use the word EVIL, as those are exclusively Lackey cards. Finally, there's also the issue that Rise of Shadows didn't have dual class cards, but I don't mind it too much, since it's a miniset and they could very well include them.

Neoguli
Since you posted many cards, I'll review them from most to least favorite:
• Shallow Waters is very cool in its simplicity. That said, it has some things to improve, as it would work better as a Battlecry minion (it compares poorly to Aquatic Form) and it shouldn't be dual class (as Sunken City didn't have those).
• Curious Experimenter has a very creative use of shuffle. Not much to add, as it's quite refined as it is.
• Pluxva the Soulbound is cool, but I don't like it as much as the other two.
• Waterfall Visions has a bit of a clunky text, but I don't think it can be expressed in a much better way.

A take on one of my favorite chaos-themed removal spells from Magic the Gathering (chaos warp).

It could be that this is too generically good with its good stats for cost; but against certain decks with low to no minions this does essentially nothing.

Furthermore, it's definitely not consistent, as you could flip a King Krush against a deck with heavy-hitting top-enders. But then again, it's disruptive in that you can deny them the battlecries of key pieces in their combos.

Xevozz is a love letter to Academic Espionage and is meant for greedy Thief Rogue decks. I'm a bit concerned he's too slow and/or easy to remove, but I thought I'd play it a bit more cautious with the first go around.
Reckless Seeker is also greedy, but allows for more curated value. You get to pick which spell gets added to your deck, but only certain kinds of spells will be unconditionally good cast automatically. You could also semi-curate when you draw it with Lorekeeper Polkelt!

Feedback time (skipping Linkblade and Machadogps because I already gave them feedback elsewhere and have nothing new to add).

Wailor

The flavor of Stern Librarian having Taunt was supposed to be representative of the fact that he knows you have overdue books to bring back and he's not happy about it, and eventually you'll have to confront with the less-than-happy librarian about it. I guess that aspect of the flavor isn't communicated well enough.

Regarding Demonsoul Scavenger, I do also think what Link said about the second iteration applies. It seems that it will just simply two cards which will be both in end up in the right-most spots of your hand. The first version does the job better.

As for what you said about Illidari Ambusher, how weird it is read "shuffle your hand" is actually the reason I didn't go with this idea myself. It some ways, it seems unclear, but it also feels like improper wording to me, although we have no precedent so we can't really be sure.

Anchorm4n

Something about dual-class cards in an RoS mini-set kinda irks me, but I suppose if we're imagining that these mini-sets would all be added at the same time in present day Hearthstone like the mini-set comp we just did, then this is perfectly fine. I might just have to learn to overlook that.

It feels a bit strange mechanically for Warrior since they aren't really that good at minion spamming most of the time, and Warlock doesn't really have the Bomb support cards that Warrior does, but it's an okay card overall.

Neoguli

Very weirdly and awkwardly, my list of cards from best to worse is a complete reverse of Wailors. Waterfall Visions is my favorite because it makes the most sense and has the most potential. I quite like it.

Pluxva the Soulbound is a cool little swap on Soul Fragments although it is quite limited by the fact that you'd have to draw those Fragments while you control it, which then encourages you to run a lot of cards that draw the Fragments to use its effect, but in turn that also means you're up all your Fragments that you could otherwise use for cards that destroy them (or Soulciologist Malicia which already has some anti-synergy with the other Soul Fragment cards).

Curious Experimenter is a bit unclear as to what "shuffling its stats" entails. Does that just that the sum of "A + B = C" will result in an entirely different (and presumably randomly chosen) A and B as long as it equals the same C?

Shallow Waters is my least favorite because it doesn't feel like a card for any particular purpose. For all intents and purposes, it basically just acts as a 0 mana Dredge in most game states. It also doesn't feel either Mage or Shaman at all, so it being a dual-class of both is particularly weird.

Dolphinslayer

It feels a bit much in either regard. It's a 3 mana 4/4 Neutral minion that's basically a Madam Goya on crack. It can be used for the same "swap something small for something big" in your own deck or vice-versa on your opponent's board. Replace their big threat with a tiny, insignificant minion. All on a Neutral minion with excellent stats for the cost.

This also assumes that it doesn't have a chance to just repull the same minion that you just put into your deck. Can it do that? If it can, then that doesn't feel fun knowing that the effect always has a chance to just randomly whiff.

BloodMefist

Xevozz is cool in theory and might slip an opponent up, but as mentioned, the fact that it's quite easy to remove does hinder its playability, and your opponent could even possibly take advantage of it by spamming a bunch of small cards that your deck can't use too well.

Reckless Seeker is one of my favorite cards of the competition posted so far. Makes a great use of the Spellburst keyword and there's some pretty fun applications with it as well.

Feedback time!

BloodMefist
Both are solid ideas, but Xevozz feels more flavorful to me. Regarding your concerns about his power level, I think giving him Stealth would be a nice idea that gives him some protection but doesn't make him super OP.

Dolphinslayer
I really like the general idea of the card, the effect looks very versatile and fun. That said, I'm no big fan of the execution of the card to be honest. I'd just reduce the stats to 3/3/3 for starters and then take a second look at the art and the name. Your effect feels very "serious" to me, while the art and the name scream "fun".

Wailor
I like Illidari Ambusher, it's a solid card for Outcast DH that works well with their swarm cards. 4 stars from me. Small issue: the text got pretty close to the attack value, maybe you can fix that?

Neoguli
I have a clear favorite here and that's Pluxva. Easily 4 stars with a potential for 5 when I've seen the rest of the field.

machadogps
This one feels hard to evaluate somehow. The more I think about it, the more I like it though. Good job at trying to balance the broken stuff in Rogue!

Demonxz95
Very cool design in Voluk! Looks like a great synergy card for Battlecry decks without being completely broken and the flavor is very strong. 4 stars for now with a big potential to be raised to 5 when I've seen the other contestants. The Librarian looks a little bland beside it, but I'd suggest to make it a 4/7/7 for the lulz if you should choose to go with him.

linkblade91
Here's another contender for a 5 stars vote! Very creative idea, my one gripe is that it could be too strong for its cost. Maybe raise it to 7/7/7? This would defintely be a card that I'd love to pull from a pack!

G3n64RR - You need to add a keyword as a condition, because otherwise the Discover effect doesn't have a way to resolve. Make it a Battlecry.

"Truth is in the shadows, waiting to be revealed by the light. But light only disperses the shadow." - Me

"If other people shared traits of those considered naive, the world would've become a better place." - Also me

I ended up submitting an entirely different card, as I saw problems with all versions of the one I posted here. Let's see how it fares :)

More feedback:

Dolphinslayer
I also thought of Madam Goya when I saw your card. In order to be more original and prevent it from being broken, I'd make it target enemy minions only and make it 4 Mana (as it's too good right now).

BloodMefist
Reckless Seeker is very amusing. I'd go with it hands down.

I don't like the other card as much, since, as Demon said, seems like your opponent could easily sabbotage you. If you decide to go with him, I'd probably change it to a Battlecry that copies all cards your opponent played last turn instead, as that'd give the player much more control over the effect.

G3n64RR
First of all, welcome to the fan creations community!

I prefer Mitter Joint, as the Mewtwo card is too complex. However, you should try to reduce the number of lines in the reward, as there's an unspoken rule that cards can't have more than four lines. If you can find better artwork, that'd also improve your card.

If you decide to go with the Mewtwo card, I'd change the flavor to something Warcraft related and would change the wording to something similar to Elise the Trailblazer, as the effect is actually very similar to her (the Discover part can be discarded all together because you end up getting all three cards at the same time).

I think i found the source of the missing card votes issue. If you refresh the individual voting page, you leave it and come back, or close the browser and return WITHOUT voting, it doesn't show you the same card anymore. it skips to the next one. Also if you voted on all cards, then 3 more cards get submitted and you return to the voting page later, you will not see those 3 cards. you will only see 2. One gets skipped. Even if you get the "you've seen all submissions!" page, leave, return later, you will have a skipped card. I imagine that blank page with "you've seen all submissions" counts somehow as placeholder for the next future submission. Which gets skipped when you return to vote later on.

I'll boop you

I won't attempt any feedback on the cards that have already been submitted.

Millhouse

Isn't this roughly the same effect as Translocution Instructor? That's a 5 cost card for (probably) good reason.

Square

A miter, or mitre, joint doesn't always produce a square. If you want a carpentry theme, I don't know, I'm struggling to come up with anything related to shuffling.

I wouldn't call hosting the competition together with Demon plus submitting a potential winner card no-showing, but I get your meaning. Fingers still crossed things work out in the best possible and quickest possible way for you. <3
