Going all in on shuffle, eh? If Rogue manages to control until the late game, players could easily get multiple copies of Nozwhisker into their hand/deck.
Infinite Memewhisker deck incoming?
Started playing HS in May, 2015. The bad news: I missed the excitement of 'Naxx out?' and GvG. The good news: I never met an Undertaker.
High cost legendarys for rogue see little play and this look a lot worse than Tess and the 8 manas pirate, I don't put my coins (or my dust) in this one.
I don't think this will be a competitive card by any means, but it seems like there could be some fun niche decks and combos made possible. Could be much worse.

It makes me sad that priest is losing Benedictus, but all deck increasing ability this expansion is going to rogue.
With priest losing quest, and healing support from spirit lash, obsidian statue, unidentified elixir, unsure how priest will fare in a fatigue game.
Can't wait to try this with Academic Espionage
I think this prep Academic Espionage to fill your hand with 1-cost cards will be powerful enough to see play as long as there is a rogue archetype that can play a longer game
Such a cool card with so many synergies. Academic Espionage, Lab Recruiter, Togwaggle's Scheme. I know this and Espionage is probably the dream, but it's so much more versatile than that. Just slapping down a Lab Recruiter with this becomes insane value and Lab Recruiter is a decent enough card on its own.Then you can also have a Pogo Hopper deck where you could play this, Pogo Hopper and a buffed up Scheme for loads of Pogos.
guys, this could be an insane and super consistent combo!

turn 10, Tak Nozwhisker > Augmented Elekk > Counterfeit Coin X2 > Academic Espionage then you fill up your hand with one cost cards and shuffle 20 cards into your deck!

I think this card could go in two different directions:
1. You play this alongside cards like Togwaggle’s Scheme or Lab Recruiter, then focus on adding a large quantity of two or three minions that combo well together to achieve some OTK or Anti-Fatigue Loop ala Dead Mans Hand. Not quite sure what those cards would be, if any exist in standard.
2. You play this alongside cards like Academic Espionage and seek to swarm your hand and deck with random 1-cost cards. Would probably vary by matchup, as you would rather have certain class cards over others. Would also depend on the full pool, which we won’t know until all cards have been revealed.
There is, however, a third direction:
