Arena appears to be borked

I know it's missing the new expansion (which will drop tomorrow) but I just played Stonehill Defender (on a new draft done today) and discovered Zilliax. (A boomsday card which by all accounts SHOULDN'T be in the arena rotation at all.)

This is a current known issue, although you draft from the new sets, the old sets are used for Discover, random generation, etc. See https://outof.cards/forums/hearthstone/game-modes/arena/1208-screw-up-with-arena-rotation-with-sou-patch-150-august-1st.
