Evil Miscreants generate Lackeys, which are non-collectible 1-mana minions with powerful Battlecries.
The Lackeys
There are 5 uncollectible Lackey cards in this set. More will be added throughout the Year of the Dragon, and all will be available from cards that generate them.
Over the year, more Lackeys will be added into the pool, but for this expansion, there are only 5.

I can't wait to see what the Lackeys do. It's fun and refreshing that they're adding new keyword mechanics.
I think this could lend itself to a new rogue deck. EVIL spirit rogue: Try to get as many lackeys as possible - they do have good battlecrys and can trigger your combo cards. While I don't know about the other cards that can generate lackeys, with a large number of them you could simply outtempo your opponent.
So core cards would be:
2*Lab recruiter, 2*spirit of the shark, 2* Evil miscreant, 2*Preperation., 2*Cursed Castaway, Edwin VanCleef.. Some card draw, strong battlecry minions, some controll/some aggro -depends.
I'm very happy they keep giving love to the Evolve mechanic, even out of Shaman class!
Tokens are always welcome in rogue, 1 mana cards for combo activators which are powerfull, i like it.
