I am interested to find out how it would work if the horror learns hagatha's scheme.

I think it is more balanced than it seems at first glance.

First, you need to be in a pretty good spot to afford playing a vanilla 5-5 on turn 7, especially against aggro and midrange decks. Then, without knowing the excact spell pools, I can see how the choices can completely screw you over or not be helpful, especially in Wild:

    Bloodlust + Volcano...

It seems interresting to play, however, and knowing which spells to go for will take some skill!

I like it a lot! The Horror reminds me of a 5 mana Kazakus potion. I don't know if 2 random spells are on the same powerlevel as a Kazakus option, but this could be really interesting to experiment with!

One of the most interesting things I'm hearing about the Horror part of the card is that the first spell can cast on a target while the second spell cast is a non-target spell.

You could pick 2 non target spells.  You just can't pick 2 target spells.

My favorite card revealed so far. Will definitely be making some kind of value heavy Shudderwock/Hagatha/Hagatha deck.

Alone, this card seems peculiarly slow but powerful, as a possible perfect fit for a mid-range shaman. The previously stated pool of spells available in the first and second choices as well as the seemingly consistency that a much smaller one that in this fresh year of the Dragon will be brought, I can confidently enough say that this is a good, balanced Shaman legendary minion.

    Now, for the Shudderwock lovers:

Given the previous nerfs to the once broken all-mighty Shudderwock, the new year of the Dragon and the introduction to new possibilities on this new expansion, we can now delightfully appreciate the true intended beauty of the previously mentioned card, by switching a dull, annoying and skill-less (if there is such a thing in Hearthstone) spam-centered deck to a more versatile, fun and even creative one. Swampqueen Hagatha will bring back what never was for our Wocky terror.

Dark spirits, twist the trees, foul the lake, and curse this land!
