Editing a Runeterra Deck Guide

I can't seem to edit a deck guide I created for a Runeterra deck (https://outof.cards/legends-of-runeterra/decks/271-fiora-barrier).
I can change the text by clicking "Edit Guide", but after saving, the text on the deck page is unchanged.
The changes seem to be saved for the editing page only, because when I click "Edit Guide" again, the changes are there.
Deleting site cookies didn't help.

Looking into this. Its likely an issue with the cache not breaking on save.
