Hearthstone

Added the card design competitions Winners Gallery!
- We hid this until we were ready to show some winners.
- The gallery link can be found in the FC navigation and on the FC portal's sidebar.

General

Hearthstone Fan Creations has a link in the "game selector dropdown" on the nav when Hearthstone is not the selected game.
Made improvements to forum page performance.

General

Fixed an issue with articles not filtering correctly in the search.
Threads with 2 pages will now correctly display pagination shortcuts on the forum pages.
Threads no longer include deleted replies in their counts.
Fixed an issue where forum threads were using the incorrect number of posts per page.
