Being able to select "Post-rotation standard" under format in deckbuilder

I know this might sound like a smal issue, but as someone who loves to use the OOC deckbuilder to theorycraft new decks for the next expansion, it's a bit annoying that we can't select a format without the Year of the Raven cards. Likewise, it's also annoying if you want to build a deck for the currect meta without accidentally adding Year of the Phoenix cards.

We've got a new "Year of the Phoenix" filter available under game formats now. Please use it!
Standard will be changed over to use the new meta sets right before the expansion goes live.
