I'm unable to reroll quests following update on both EU and Asia.

Anyone else having similar issues?

yup same here as well

and having been stuck with a 50g quest, yes it sucks as well

Seems resolved on my Asia account now.

Yeah, it looks like it´s fixed now (EU)
