Legion Marauder bug?

I recalled a legion marauder with the 2 cost retreat card but my Legion Marauder wasnt buffed from my previous attacks. I won anyway, but isn't this a bug?

All buffs are stripped from a unit once it is recalled. Edit: I should say buffs are stripped. Cards return to their default state upon recall.

This includes:
- Permanent Buffs like Stand Alone.
- Permanent Keyword added on. Such as Sumpworks Map.
- Purified Cards such as They Who Endure losing it's wording and becoming a 1/1. Recalling and playing it again will remove the Purify effect.
- Using Death Mark to remove Ephemeral from Darkwater Scourge then having it recalled will put the Ephemeral back on Darkwater Scourge.
- This will also include cards that have buffs no matter where the card is such as Mistwraith and Legion Marauder.
