Iksar replying to Dreads about this. So apparently its an issue with deploying the fix, which either means it needs to be done with a micro-patch (the first Poacher fix was done via that) or there's something preventing it from being patched.
Talked with our live team, initial fix went out last night. Fix to all regions was rolled out before work ended today.
