Very interesting card. Seems super solid in evolve shaman decks. But outside of evolve shaman decks, you probably want to highroll some deathrattle minions or minions with additional effects with Tiny Toys.
So far the best minions as to get in standard (at the time of writing this) with Tiny Toys are: Al'ar, Burning Blade Acolyte, Ras Frostwhisper, Moonfang, Headmaster Kel'Thuzad, Inara Stormcrash, Overlord Runthak, Taelan Fordring, Ogremancer and Totem Goliath. So basicly 10 out of 30 minions are good, which is actually a pretty good chance to get some good minions! And considering you summon 4 minions with Tiny Toys, your generally going to get 1 good minion + 1 in 3 chance of getting another good minion. (Of course your not guaranteed a good minion, as it's a 1 in 3 chance on each roll. luck certainly plays a factor)
I actually think it might see play outside of evolve shaman, not sure what deck though. Maybe control shaman might slot 1 copy in?
In wild i'm certain it will see play in Evolve Shaman. Maybe EVEN Shaman might consider it? Either way i'm not even gonna look at the wild options, because i'm NOT going to look at 154 WILD cards. (excluding the ones in standard, otherwise i would have to look at 184 cards...)
RNG is only fun, as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something good or bad. If RNG always results in something good, it's not fun.
While Tiny Toys does curve out perfectly after Boggspine Knuckles, non elemental shamans do have a hard time sticking on the board before the stat swing. I feel Evolve Shaman needs something stickier in that regard.
Rating cards on coolness factor rather than predicting power because I like screwing up rating averages (and because I suck at predicting real power levels, but we'll ignore that LUL)Wins per class (1/6/21): Demon Hunter - 154; Druid - 904; Hunter - 902; Mage - 995; Paladin - 1046; Priest - 684; Rogue - 935; Shaman - 963; Warlock - 786; Warrior - 785
Not sure there are that many 5 mana minions that would still be good with 2/2 stats. Something with a good deathrattle, maybe.
Great for evolving. But I like this card desing in general. It just feels cozy and wholesome.

Better than Party Up!, but I wish they would dial down the randomness. This is going to work wonders in Evolve Shaman.
I think this would be really fun if evolve effects didn't exist. As such, this will suck to play against.
