so no more fatigue and infinite burn with this? nice
Does this go Infinite or will the other Ignite Card not have the same effect?
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
Well, I guess this is the intended Quest Payoff.
Gotta say I#m pretty happy that Mage just sort of folds to aggro or else this might be a problem.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Can go infinite with this. Reminds me of Reno's Magical Torch from Uldum, but can run 2 of them.
Great design and the anti-fatigue mechanic is interesting, but I don't think this is very powerful. Maybe Grand Magus Antonidas needs this for critical mass.
Arena > Wild > Standard
Crazy good for playing the long game, and supports the Quest as well as all the new Fire spell synergy.
"Be excellent to each other." -Bill and Ted
I suppose the goal is for mage to be drawn out and playing the long game. This will at least reduce the number of fire spells that you have to run to make the quest work. There is even the new minion that helps draw fire spells, so this can get big in a hurry.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
All too easy for a 5 star card. The fact that you will have in indefinite supply of anything is kinda rad. What I am curious is if the ability will continue to progress as well... the +1 damage. If that is the case, Wild with Hemet, Jungle Hunter, this in hand, and anything to help you draw = timer to death
I think this card makes the new Questline worth it. One of the criticisms was "well will you have left". You spend so many spells just activating it, it would of been hard to hold a finisher. This sticking around is fantastic.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
Just saw kibler play a bunch of this and keep drawing them with Sanctum Chandler, really good pottential.
Its the quest payoff, but even on its own, its still good enough for consideration. Mage isn't exactly strangers with spell damage increases, and spell mage often runs out of face spells, so this card slots in very nicely, if not too nicely.
I'm a little surprised that the next ignite spell shuffled back doesn't have its mana cost increased by 1. Because spell mage is incredibly dangerous with cards like these.
Wouldn't be surprised if spell mage gets nerfed again, and while this is not going to be the target its certainly one of the major culprits to that fact.
Very very strong, Mage was in dire need of more spells that can burn face, especially ones that are cheap and scale well with spell power like this one. The card that will carry fire mage.
So does this shuffle in a copy of itself that does 1 additional damage each time? That's nuts!
Do an infinite otk in wild.
Now this can destroy Jade Idols! I like this!
Lemushki - The one and only since 2006
Another excellent support card for Fire Mage. I cannot wait to play this card and burn down my opponent's face.
Fire mage support.
And a semi-control tool too, if it can go infinite this can provide a longer game plan.
Papa Nurgle wants to share his gifts.
5 stars just for the fact of never running out of burn. Ironically, might only need to run 1 though, since you'll build the damage slower with two different copies and you're probably left with drawing one card at a time while (near) fatigue anyway.
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Burn it down!
