To me, this is one of the most surprising things this entire set because paladin NEVER gets damage dealing spells. Unless I have missed something, this is their first one since the Classic set. It's weird that they add this just after replacing Classic with Core to (largely) sort out that quirk of class design.
Anyway, weirdness aside, it's clearly a good card, even before accounting for tradeable.
Huh...so maybe Control Paladin does become a thing. I mean we do have Equality and Barov to turn this into an efficient boardclear. Not sure why it has tradeable though, I doubt i'd ever want to shuffle this back in my deck.
Another insane card, but perhaps for the wrong class.
Because paladin generally don't play control. This card is a good start, but so much more is needed. The only thing I can see out of this card is being included into quest paladin with cards like Lord Barov, or Bloodmage Thalnos, since nearly all quest decks this time round is slow as hell.

I guess you might trade this if your opponent only has 1 or 2 minions. Could get you a decent heal, but 1 damage isn't going to kill much. Not unless you play something like Equality first.

Paladin got a better Spirit Lash? I'm shocked
Pretty good against aggro!

I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
Nice control card vs aggro decks. How often do you hold it in the mirror match to ping off divine shields?
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Spirit Lash, but has tradeable for when you don't need it immediately. Great card!
Nice Tradeable card. Run it with Talented Arcanist.

Why does Paladin have a Priest card?
I would say the not hitting allies is actually a bit of a downside healing wise. Spirit Lash does have that.
Still tradeable is quite strong.
Casual Dragon Cardgame enthusiast.
Though most of the time in priest you also want the healing you get from your minions.
Still this is better because of tradable.

Insanely strong, but not enough to carry a control paladin by itself.

One sided spirit lash could be really good.
Very powerful with Equality effects, especially since it's one-sided and cheaper than [Hearthstone Card (Consecrate) Not Found].
Hey, you heard about that Mario guy?
Really good with all the ways paladin can set their enemies to 1 hp and vs aggro too. Tradable is just a plus.

Spirit Lash for Paladin, what is not to like about this card and Tradeable too, profit!
Good combo with equality/Barov. Can also be combined with spell damage sources (neutral sources) to make the aoe/heal improved.

Could be a nice heal and is a board wide ping, but... Seems pretty meh withough spell damage or being at 1 mana to go in the quest deck.
