This can do fun stuff, including the ability to discount the cost of a spell until you have enough mana to cast it, sans 1. And we thought Nature Studies was rotating out. Just kidding, now everybody gets to run it (without Discover, of course).
Scratching my head on what this card is supposed to accomplish. Maybe naga priest? because that deck needs nagas and this card somewhat does well with Serpent Wig.
But I cant seem to see what game winning plays this card is contributing. Even if Overgrowth was still in standard you'd just wont play this card so you can overgrowth on 3.
All future naga decks will 100% want to run this minion. And the fact that the mana discount persists across multiple turns makes it even more desirable.

Here is a card that will be able to either enable many OTK/miracle decks or will just be a solid minion in any spell or nage deck.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Helps those "if you played a naga while holding this" spells, but is probably good with most spells. Especially since you don't have to play the spell on the same turn.
That seems like a rather small discount, considering some other naga give quite more discount and/or value, but maybe it is also more balance for that matter

Nature Studies on a stick (without the discover but who's counting). Will definitely see play in Something, but I'm not sure what exactly.

TREMBLE before.... the most legendary dragon that ever existed!
I think this card is real good. Agreesive and makes your future spell come a turn earlier. I think even non naga based decks will use it.

Doesn't seem that great. Maybe an Arena card, but that's all it'll ever be, I believe.
