Unimpressive even after the manathrist triggered. Doesn't even have spidertank stats. Playable only if the healing is that important to you. Or if Happy Ghoul is returned to standard.

Hmm, this might see play occasionally in some deck. Maybe Priests will tinker around with it? Seems like a priest/control card to me. Aggro wont run this, because they rather vomid good statted minions and minion with better effects.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
That's a pretty decent healing effect for (3) mana, but I doubt that the mass-healing is really going to be that useful Depending on how the meta settle, this might see a few plays here and there

Might be additional stall but I see this more of an arena card than anything else. If aggro runs rampant in the next expansion, this minion may be able to help you but then again, aggro can kill you by turn 6 anyway if you're not running Renathal.

Maybe if you have a few high-health minions that are almost dead. Though maybe 6 extra health to your hero will make the difference in some games.

Decent neutral healing honestly, but there just is no class that needs it at the moment. Mistress of Mixtures is enough for the time being.

Not a whole lot of decks running Spiced Bread Baker, and I don't think a 3 or 6 Heal is that enticing either.
