This time it actually looks playable. Basically a 2-mana cobra, which is great value. Quite similar to Rat Trap actually since it really deters your opponent from making optimal plays.
This could be the only secret for Rogue and it would still see play because the "hidden" aspect is almost entirely irrelevant.
Not sure if the ambusher actually have stealth, but likely not.
Its still a 2 mana cobra, and very similar to Venomstrike Trap. The nature of this trap is your opponent will likely spend all their mana getting minions in play and therefore cant respond to a 2/3 poisonous minion. Very nice indeed.
I expect to see more secrets from rogue. Otherwise this would be too obvious to be a secret.
Now they just need to add more rogue secrets to be confusing like against mage/hunter/pala and I will be happy.
And I like the body of the ambusher - 3 health will escape some cheap removals, so opponent need to invest something medium in order to not lose his big minion.

Cheaper Venomstrike Trap. Hunter didn't really play that trap unless they went for a full spell/all secrets deck. Wonder how well this will work for rogue.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
when you discount something by 1 mana it's suddenly playable also when they play into it they have less mana to deal with it.. seems decent, probably mostly played for the synergy.

If the ambushers have stealth and rogue gets at least one decent AOE, rogue might be able to establish a real control deck.
It doesn't have stealth. You can see the token, "Broken Ambusher", on the card's own page.
I think you just play this because it's good.

Why did it take them so long to print more Secrets for Rogue?
I mean, it's not like this Class is known for, you know,... STRIKING FROM THE SHADOWS OR USING DIRTY TRICKS.

I like the comeback of Rogue secrets. If played on turn 2, this card provides a nice tempo swing versus your opponent's 3 mana minion.
Doesn't seem too strong, but could see play if Secret Rogue becomes a thing.

feels like a meh card..ya poisonous is good but feels clunky to play. to me this is a filler card.
This is the weakest secret for sure. It's just ok but will find a spot in Secret packaged deck
Another reprint, just the right flavor for rogue though.
The weakest out of all the rogue secrets, it will probably see play at the beginning of the expansion but will then be phased out for better cards.
Secret Rogue looks like a lot of fun!
Good on any stage of the game, i think secret rogue or any rogue deck with secret package will be good
Possibly the weakest of the three Secrets revealed for Ashes of Outland, but still a decent card. 2/2/3 Poisonous is playable.
